Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026
Booth66 hires out photo booths, selfie pods, 360 booths and audio guestbooks for weddings and parties across the North East of England. We are based in Alnwick, Northumberland, and we are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
The information we collect
- Enquiry form details. When you send an enquiry through our website we receive your name, email address, phone number, event type, event date, venue, anything you write in the message box, and the booth and extras you chose in the booth builder.
- Direct messages. If you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, we receive the details you choose to send us.
- Advertising measurement data. Only if you consent to marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel collects information about your visit to our site. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and let you know if we have your date free.
- To prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to arrange and run your booking.
- To keep simple business records of enquiries and bookings.
- With your consent, to measure how well our Facebook & Instagram ads perform.
Our legal bases for this are: taking steps to enter into a contract with you (handling enquiries and bookings), our legitimate interests (running and improving a small business), and your consent (advertising measurement cookies).
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we never sell it.
How your enquiry reaches us
Enquiries sent through the website form are delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. Web3Forms processes your submission only to deliver it to us.
Advertising measurement with the Meta Pixel
With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It helps us understand whether our Facebook & Instagram ads lead to visits and enquiries, so we can spend our advertising budget sensibly.
The pixel does not load, and no data is sent to Meta from this site, unless you accept marketing cookies in the cookie banner. If you do consent, Meta receives information such as the pages you visit and whether you send an enquiry, and may connect this with your Meta account if you have one. You can read how Meta handles this data in the Meta Privacy Policy.
You can withdraw this consent at any time using the button below, and the pixel will no longer load on your visits.
Who we share your information with
- Web3Forms, to deliver your enquiry to our inbox.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, only if you have consented to marketing cookies.
- Nobody else, unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to handle your event and to keep reasonable business records, then we delete them. If you would like your details removed sooner, just ask and we will delete them unless we have a legal reason to keep them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Ask us to limit how we use it, or object to us using it.
- Receive your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
